YStudy is a brand owned and operated by DINNOVI LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 12453420.

Unless stated otherwise, “YStudy”, “we”, “us” and “our” in this policy mean Dinnovi Ltd when operating the YStudy brand. Where Dinnovi Ltd determines the purposes and means of processing personal data through YStudy, Dinnovi Ltd is the data controller.
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the YStudy website and the free tools, information and guidance services we provide ("the Service"), operated by Dinnovi Ltd. By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
2. What YStudy is — and is not
YStudy is a free guidance and support service that helps adults explore university study, understand funding, choose courses, prepare documents and apply, with support from advisers. We are funded by partner universities, so our guidance is free to you.
Importantly:
YStudy is independent of, and not part of, Student Finance England, the Student Loans Company, or any government body.
We do not decide whether you receive student finance. Funding decisions are made solely by Student Finance England, and admission decisions are made solely by universities.
Our tools (eligibility checker, finance calculator, salary and other tools) provide indicative estimates for general guidance only. They are not a promise of funding, a formal assessment, or financial, legal or immigration advice.
Figures shown (such as loan and grant amounts) are based on published rates for the stated academic year and may change; your actual entitlement depends on your circumstances and an official assessment.
3. Eligibility to use the Service
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or over who are considering study in the UK. Some funding and course routes depend on your residence and immigration status, age, previous study and other factors; we help you understand these, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome. As set out at the point of application, we may be unable to support applicants on certain temporary immigration statuses.
4. Using the Service responsibly
When you use YStudy you agree to give accurate information, to use the Service lawfully, and not to misuse it — for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or submit anyone else's personal data without their permission. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
5. Your account and saved content
Where you create an account or save content (such as a CV, personal statement, saved courses or documents), you are responsible for that content and confirm you have the right to provide it. We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that are inactive, or that are used in breach of these terms.
6. No guarantee of outcome
We work to give you accurate, helpful guidance, but we cannot and do not guarantee that you will be offered a place, receive funding, or achieve any particular result. Any decision you make about study or finance is your own, and you should check important details (including funding entitlement) with the official bodies before relying on them.
7. Intellectual property
The YStudy website, its content, design and tools are owned by Dinnovi Ltd or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Service. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content or branding without our permission.
8. Third-party links
Our site links to third-party sites (such as GOV.UK, universities, and social platforms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
9. Our Liability
The Service and its tools are provided "as is" for general guidance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on indicative tool results or general guidance, or from decisions made by universities or Student Finance England. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
10. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may update, improve or withdraw parts of the Service, and may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law and Contact
